Choosing the right glue for your crafts

I want to describe in this article today the glues that I use when I work, their uses, the brands, and even the link to buy them. So, keep reading that I know you’ll find a lot of value in this article 🙂

First of all, I use three different types of glue depending on what I’m working on.

If I’m working on big things, like 3D letters, favor boxes, or something that I need to be glued strong, I use this silicon, that I love because it’s alcohol based, so, it will dry good because doesn’t contain water.

Its name is Beacon 3-1 glue and you can find it on Amazon, here:

This popular glue is not popular just “because”, it’s an amazing glue that is a MUST when you’re working with little pieces, more if you’re like me, that try to reduce the printing and I work with layers instead.

Sometimes the pieces are too small so you’ll want to have this glue to do the tiny pieces.

The tiny tip helps a lot with this. Check it out here:

Last, but not the less important, because it’s actually my favorite, I work A LOT, if not a ton, with the double sided foam tape. I don’t like just to glue the pieces, but give them that 3D effect with this tape.

You can find it at Dollar Tree stores (in the auto section) or in Hobby Lobby.

When we were in the middle of the pandemic I discovered that I can buy the whole box online at their store, click here:

And I can’t talk about this awesome tape without mention this amazing tool: The non-stick scissors, which are a life saver because you’ll struggle a lot if you use regular scissors to work with this.

Thanks to it, you can do tiny tiny cuts like this.

or even like this, isn’t amazing?

Buy it here: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B002M7TOXI/ref=twister_B09B82B9VD?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1

I hope you find value in this post and the next time you need glue, you have the right information.
